It's a growing startup which will never grow but you can learn which startups you should avoid. You will get a lesson about how toxic culture works in a very small company.

Dislikes

This is a bootstapped startup who are eagerly looking for VC funds that's why things are hard in this organisation. Further their founders don't have that spark or confidennce to arrange funds. This will shut anyhow even they get funds coz their tech is not so reliable.

Too much work unrealistic expectations Nothing is planned. Our clients tell us our bugs we discuss with them in the mid day and deploy the code in the evening And then the site goes bananas and after sometime we revert the code and the cycle continues
