I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. This was my first job. I started job being a trainee. It is a small scale pharma company. I got to learn about tablets , liquids and capsules manufacturing process, packaging process. I also maintain the records . Work environment was very good. Everybody was so supportive.

Being a fresher it was very good place to start, but in terms of career growth it was not good.
