That property was awesome that's why liked to work there.but now it's already converted to ITC grand.so I think it's more better before because new staff new environment will gonna start.

Just because of ITC takes it over that's why the all staff didn't want to work in such environment.from top to toe means from all managers to all associates everyone didn't want to work properly at that time.because work environment was ruined very badly .

Park Hyatt is an amazing company. The management first priority is the employees, which makes us feel secured and enjoy working with them. The teammates are very helpful and approachable. The working environment is very friendly. And also park Hyatt is a platform where we can grow and advance our career. On job training is always conducted for the fresher by the managers and team leaders. And one plus point is that there are 8 offs in a month and another plus is that the hotel has the best cafeteria, with options (food).

The only thing i dislike about my previous job was because of some managers who try to show off the power. At times abusive.
