Only positive thing you can learn something here, other than this all is worst.... Management, culture, work life balance, above all salary...everything

Very less salary, increment less 5-8% max, strict working time( logged in sharp at 9am but there is no definite time of leaving), leaving office early (even 9 hour completed) is a crime. Sometime you have to work on holiday also with out any compensation.Selfish management don't care about employees at all.

In this company work would be there everytime . So that would be advantageous for some I guess . Also you would be learning new technical things and can improve your technical knowledge.

The things which I don't like in this company : *Very low salary package *Salary never credited on time *Only second saturday is off . *If work is there you have to be there on holidays also .
