Staff people are very good and helpfull. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

They didn't do a call , message or a mail in this pandemic to know about how is their employee suffering . They didn't gave any information about my job what should I do when i will join them.

In pandemic I lost my job where I work for more than five years it is such a long time as in lockdown for the one I get in touch with my department should I come now but they say abhi sale Nahi hai after pass of year they directly hire other . Please ensure and understand our situation

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
