Its just 30 people of company. I regret that I wasted my time and career. politics and partiality is unbearable, partiality between employees who has their clients reference and employees who does not have clients reference treated differently. I,ve been in lost of 60,000₹ by working there just because i didn't have any brother or uncle sitting on clent side. The vp keep saying to employees that she can replace all of you any time easily. Dont want to say much here but that's how much respect and growth people get in Parishram aresources pvt.ltd.

No support from Senior, worst work culture...everyone here is trying to save their job by manipulating data and buttering seniors...they hire people just to complete one project and then fire them with no proper reasons...No job security...very delayed F&F
