Parin is good for employees where you learn so many things, they organize conference for all staff get together once in a year where they plan next coming year and also motivate to staff give awards who done his tremendous performance in current year so it's good activity

Likes

Not at all employee friendly. No work and personal life balance. No offs on public holidays, make employees work on official offs which is one day and don't even compensate for it. 10 hours shift every day.

Dislikes

No growth. No scope of growth.
