Only thing is you sit calmly and do work from home which is the best thing at this moment as working from office doesn't make any sense.

... is very rude I don't recommend any of my friend or family to work with Parexel. There is lot a work pressure and when compared salary is not upto the mark. People can talk to you how they want and expect employees to show corporate etiquette.

There is a lot of politics that leadership globally doesn’t know. Salary is decent but career growth depends on Managers. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

1. No salary hikes at all 2. No cafeteria in Parexel Hyderabad 3. High politics in higher management and getting depressed in pharmacovigilance department 4. Work life balance is very cheap 5. Manager asking to bring household goods for them. 6. In the form of increment, we are getting only bravo points of 100 rs. 7. If you outsider or not from south india, they will not care about you and they will discuss everything among south people and will bully you. 8. You cannot trust anyone in Parexel Hyderabad especially. Everyone is snake. Always manipulating by managers and directors.
