Over all there is no corporate approach. No matter what you have to meet the target on monthly basis there are no exceptions considering neither health nor unnatural things. The project leads don't do any work only delegate the tasks to team members and blame the team for poor performance. The directors are pretty naggingand rarely understand the point of view of the employees and later take out grudges against the employees during appraisal cycle

Nothing. Only the number of leaves or perks are good but that depends on your manager who would only give them to their favourite “team member”

Work life balance does not exist here. Infeasible targets are being expected in a peanut salary. Managers don’t really listen to your concerns and want to keep work as your first priority. Targets are not achievable within the designated duration and you are expected to complete them without providing any appreciation let alone compensatory hours or overtime.
