1. No salary hikes at all 2. No cafeteria in Parexel Hyderabad 3. High politics in higher management and getting depressed in pharmacovigilance department 4. Work life balance is very cheap 5. Manager asking to bring household goods for them. 6. In the form of increment, we are getting only bravo points of 100 rs. 7. If you outsider or not from south india, they will not care about you and they will discuss everything among south people and will bully you. 8. You cannot trust anyone in Parexel Hyderabad especially. Everyone is snake. Always manipulating by managers and directors.

Job security. Good work environment. Average salary hike and bonus for this particular safety associate role. Employee value is less.

Dislikes

There are seriously lot of politics and management doesn't know whats going on with employees. Employee is not given any value only client gets the value and work load is heavy. Ample on the job training was not given and everything is always on rush. Employee benefits are no way near to new joinees.

... take it to next level. There is a heavy cloud of favoritism in terms of growth.there is no salary increments . Pre era dated salaries are being rewarded to employees with mounting work pressure. A weekly resignation of the oldest and newest employees is very common.

There is no growth, no hikes, no learning. If we happen to enter a department here, with 100%s surity you wouldn't be able to get a job anywhere else in the market. This is created to bog down employment opportunities for existensial employees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

A great company to start your career and give a push. One of the best in the industry in compensation for freshers.

Initial compensation is good but growth is slow. There is no set criteria for promotions and a lot of politics in the process with a favoritism.
