...u can doing chip politics with your Júnior and after 3-6 how to kick out them. the above thinks you can learn from there with salary. this is my like point, I will suggest you don't be join if you have a job, if you are jobless you can join for 3 month after you should leave ... Be very care full at the interview they are tell something after they will do something

I am just leaving my JOB within 3 Month without any Job, now you can understand what is the company and what is the culture. My all Colleagues i requesting you please don't destroy you carrier with some money. other wise the you will be next person on my position.

Teammates are supportive. Fair appraisal and on time wages and leaves.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. If working in KNPL warehouse then their is no proper timing.

...staffs. Employee benefits and relationship is good. HR team is truly supportive. Even in these Covid times, there were no single layoffs, no salary cut... Instead we got Covid working allowance and a salary hike that's truly amazing. We employees really feel proud to work in this organization.

As an SCM person, you may feel that the remuneration could have been better compared to other firms.. But it is satisfied as per your location is concerned.
