Work life balance is good. Any one can approach Top managment directly for any issues or help. All things are good if your work is good.

Dislikes

Increment and promotion policy is not so comprehensive. They can hire an employee on higher package but will not promote you however you have better knowledge, experience and productive for company. One negetive thing that there are lots of family member/ relatives are on management position, due to that always chance of conflict of interest. (Like new project setups, purchasing with some specific vendors).

...e completed 7 years working in Parekh company, I am very proud of this company. Because our company supported every worker during Covid-19 by paying them full salary.

...u can doing chip politics with your Júnior and after 3-6 how to kick out them. the above thinks you can learn from there with salary. this is my like point, I will suggest you don't be join if you have a job, if you are jobless you can join for 3 month after you should leave ... Be very care full at the interview they are tell something after they will do something

I am just leaving my JOB within 3 Month without any Job, now you can understand what is the company and what is the culture. My all Colleagues i requesting you please don't destroy you carrier with some money. other wise the you will be next person on my position.

... freedom to work by your own mind, rather putting his own mind. always listen. every year salary increment, monthly salary within time.

Hieriarchy culture, if I am working in accounts then other vertical dept head should not rule me...but this culture is high in Parekh.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give fair salary hike.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Salary hike is decent but career growth is slow. Very hard to change job designation even if you are very suitable for it.
