Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

I had been managing vocational department since2007. I worked as co- ordinator . I conducted the exam.,classroutine,even financial matter of Vocational steam.since 2017 , I am facilitating the student.I teach them horticulture Nursery Management, Floriculture, Agriculture. I have been teaching the student English too. I have to go to nodal office and council office to conduct the school education well.l organise social work i.e. career counselling programme, youth leadership programme etc.
