Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Don't like any thing. salary hike is below avarage , manager not behave properly, 9 to 8 woking hours makes very difficult to work life balance. Hr didn't follow any rules about salary consideration. Even bad for one day termination to many of the past employee's. Always forced for more work and annual tragets

Everythings, it's like a traning centre for all new joiners because they didn't give any retention employee. Also get frustrated during the December end due to mass layoff conducted by company.
