...ironment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good,appraisals are fair and the give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and management doesn’t address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training isn’t given to new joinees

Nothing is good here, no work ethics, fraudulent, frequent IT rates, no management, MD do everything from buying Office Jharu to Raw Materials, MD use employees as his puppet, no freedom of speech, no holidays, no work no pay, MD do poltics between employees and creat misunderstanding. Very hostile, dirty work environment. Some chamchas are there to observe every movement of employees and report to MD. Strict and overtiming.

Dislikes

Everything old staff, MD, work system actually no system is there. Nothing is beneficial for employees treating peon and weak staff very badly.

there is no set of rules, regulations and policies in this company, employees are being deceived in this company, basic fundamental rights like appointment letter, leaves etc are not at all provided here
