I m running short of time otherwise I would have kept on writing on and on abt this place.why do we work? obviously to get paid at the end of the month but here at paras motors,these people only know how to squeeze u but the concept of remuneration is not there.atleast first two months they paid something but after that,they started paying u in a damn unprofessional way like paying one day 500 then when reminded again abt the salary,they pay u 1000 or 700.....that's the way they are.....and what is worst abt this place is,these people are insincere,their lingo is not what should be in a professional firm....they come up with alll swear words for silly issues....I mean that's how they are....forget abt development and enhancement of your skills,u LL forget ur integrity if u work there....no career growth,u ll instead degenerate if u continue with them.anyone who wanna work here,get ready to be degenerated and demoralised and work for free
