Due to unavailability of skilled and technical person I join this company to complete their project.

...and non technical person (company stuff) always take disadvantages of project. Salary cut without any intimation. No Medical and No EL CL. MD word final, no argument will consider. No Appointment Letter or no official documents will provide. Contractor payment only cash. Always hide the profile. No proper documents for authority order. Avoid legal documents and permission.

Work culture very bad,no office fixed policy all depends on highest authority whether is ur own pay slip or leave all depends on Mood. No proper office policy. no work designation wise .No office time fixed when u will leave it's depend not your work completion ,no paper formalities,no benefits.saturday also 7and no holiday on 25th December .

Everything bad, too confused back dated frickle minded management, a prison like drastic environment, owner intentionally creat miscommunication and dirty politics between the employees and altime misbehave without any fault at your end. Not even minimum job security, no rules, systems, work culture and positive anything, will force to put your paper down anyday without a single day prior intimation, all is just for showoff. Pls pls no one never jion this mental hospital.
