... coordination among the employees. No senior helps any junior in moving forward.There is no fixed time for salary payment. Abuses employees in honor meeting. An employee is hired for some work in the company. And he is made to do work that deviates from his artistic skills due to which the employee is not able to give his best performance and that is why these people expel him from the company.

Nothing here, no work gets done on time.

Market issues are not correct on time, no one listens for quality. Salary does not come on time. Senior officers do not talk properly to their employees. There is no senior support in the market.

One of worst organization in Dairy Foods Industry to work with. Pathetic salary structure, No PF, No Diwali Bonus, and Medical benefits, HR mostly recruits from personal contacts.
