Dislikes

There is no single leave in a year not on Sunday not on festilvals, If we ask leave for personal work they will say to do your personal work later, If we come office 5mins late they will blackmail that they will keep that day as half day, If we ask leave for festival they says what work do you have on festivals, (so rubbish mentally)

All staff and employer's behaviour is so good. Supportive people.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

There is no single Holliday in a week. There is continuous work hole month, no leave. Two leaves are allowed in a month which is very low. You have to work 10 hours in a day, Sunday 7 hours. No future growth.
