Its Hire & Fire and no process and systems followed in the organisation No salary slip provided No TDS details provided No one responds to emails and if you send an email you come under the firing line Its better to stay without a job and find a better one rather than working here

Worst company to ever worked with..Promoters believe in Hire n Fire concept also treat employee as their servants,THEY don't know or understand the meaning of employee. Surprisingly, don't have vision. Bad business ethics.

Not a professional company. Deduct salary without taking consent from employee. Employee who sits at Head office are not allowed to speak to the colleagues in the same department and if someone does that, they check it from cctv and humiliate that person. They talk about star n moons achievements but practically not aware about the operations. Last not least, companies like TATA, DLF, AIPL have strong commitments towards their employee but in paras , employee treat as an slave or servant. One one person in HR who is again puppet of promoters.

It very bad company, my friend working in a paras quartier why are you accept this and after I was came head office I filled the exit form also and after somedays later HR called me I didn't give you the money you should give the resignation for one month, and i don't give you the money, please guys the management and the HR always doing this with all Staff, I heard this thing to previous employees of paras and now I also saw this situation.

Please change the management and HR team also all are very rude and very bad behaviour,don't have any manners to how to treat your employees and please support the staff also
