Worst company to ever worked with..Promoters believe in Hire n Fire concept also treat employee as their servants,THEY don't know or understand the meaning of employee. Surprisingly, don't have vision. Bad business ethics.

Not a professional company. Deduct salary without taking consent from employee. Employee who sits at Head office are not allowed to speak to the colleagues in the same department and if someone does that, they check it from cctv and humiliate that person. They talk about star n moons achievements but practically not aware about the operations. Last not least, companies like TATA, DLF, AIPL have strong commitments towards their employee but in paras , employee treat as an slave or servant.
