If you are working continuously in paramount then purchase hod have no problem but once if resigned they will not accept your resignation and also they will no give your salaries. I've resigned 4 months ago but still they have not accepted and till date I have not got my f&f settlement. I apeal to you guys don't go there worst culture at there.

Company politics if you take leave then purchase HOD will give you lots of work even you are on leave.

Lots of politics,aged people don't want anyone to interfere,you have to learn from yourself nobody will helps you everyone tried to demotivate you,pathetic environment,no job security, uneducated people, salary will increase according to your expirences.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
