Its being great to be a part of this organization. The working culture of the organization is quite good. Especially my manager Mr.Deepak Paliwal. He is real good leader, he works on our weak points, always encourages us to lead. He is the best person I had ever work with. Overall the company is quite good, healthy workplace.

Dislikes

There is nothing which a dislike about this organization except the salary timings i.e in other companies salay comes in 1st to 7th of the month, here we get salary after 15th of month. This not a big point. But this is the only thing which a dislike. Apart from this there is not any negative point

...wledge about the market i spent only 4 month which is more than enough to spent. he always mention in their internal group about your salaries and always give target as per your salary ratio... Msg Written by him ( A Person there salary is upto25k has to sale more than 15 lac otherwise no space for him in the company NO SALES NO SALARY ) this will happen after 2nd month of your joining. with in 3 months more than 8 member left this company due to bad behavior of M.D he use to torture to their employees by file a FIR on them Please Guys never Join this company otherwise you will spoil your 3 to 4 months The Puppet of this company is Mr. Vaid Parkash. If MD ask to jumo in a well he will do. He is spend just his Pension Period .

I joined at paramount 12 sept 2019 also i want to highlight during pandemic where are people facing lay off and salary dictation but paramount has taken all of their employee and give good amount of appraisal witch was very motivating for us, i am excited to express my thought on the company, Paramount is undergoing good annual growth a remarkable rate of 30-35%, there product very good in quality they are using advance technology, product are durable, price are reasonable, and have a worldwide presence. there is a noticeable positive change in the company's approach to meeting the demand of the new era showing a genuine regards for its employee, on a personal note, i am delighted that team fresh idea are welcomed and management give value the company receptiveness to innovations.
