Overall it is a good company. Company is good for those who want to learn all types machines and working process for tool and die making also jigs and fixture. Mainly for any freshers it is good company to start there this field.

Dislikes

No accommodation, poor salary. As usualy seniors rules everything.

It's very nyc to work with paramount as you wil learn many innovative things and specially for freshers it's wonderful opportunity to learn and get going into the manufacturing world.

Dislikes

Nothing that i would dislike here but if you are looking for more travel you would be disappointed as u get less opportunities to travel here.
