Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

bad language for employ no understand the problem of employ manner less lab and the work experience is so horrible no any oppertunity for growth my suggestion is plz not go for job in this place employ have no self respect there and no job gurantee bad environment for work mentally torcher here

Literally say this work place is very bad no any decipline Or employee treat like mate there is a lot of politics and the managment does not address our issue on job training is not given to new joinees and no offer letter even appointment letter is given
