...in the company from HODs. they mostly talk false and lies. no heed of employees. salary is meagre and is distributed about one and half to two months late that too in the name of advance.

salary issue and no appraisals, rude, arrogant, lying and hostile behaviour of HODs and higher officials.

Its a worst coaching which i have ever seen, all branches of paramount are fraud and cheater, they are not paying a single panee of your salary. I suggest dont try to join any centre of paramount.

1. Franchise holders are cheaters 2. Exploitation of faculty 3. Worst working environment 4. Not even a single thing i appreciate about the coaching. 5. I work in several franchise of paramount such as- Delhi, Noida, kanpur, lucknow, jaipur, sikar, patna, ranchi, raipur, jhansi, jabalpur, Agra, Mathura but all the franchise holder are very big fraud.

never gets salary from time. even after giving the resign; they do not complete the final even after three months. brother relative village is kept whether it is necessary to stop the recommendation or not.
