Work timings for office people are good.

Dislikes

There is no work culture & professionalism here. No respect for knowledge, innovation & ambition here. Office culture is a perfect example of autocratic society.

Not a very structured work environment. It was a family owned and family run business. A lot of relatives and acquaintances were taken on for various roles.

People without the requisite skill sets were given tasks and then pushed to complete them. A total adhoc working culture was followed.
