Competitive salary, but job security is a concern. Hire and fire culture. Good projects. Sometimes team support may become a concern.

Very volatile decision making by management. You never know what will happen in next month. Jobs are always at stake

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give decent salary hikes and bonuses every year.

They provide work from home options.

Dislikes

There is no future visibility. Top management is not communicative. They also have funding issues and currently company is not in good shape. PW did a mass layoff just 6 months after tripling their workforce in which they removed mostly everyone from US office and reduced workforce to half in other places.
