Pros 1). Quality of products is good. 2). Other than that there is nothing to like in this company, I feel it's one of the worst company I have worked so far, nothing to say about such poor Management.

...terrible.Upper management will make sure that your life is extremely hectic. 7). Salary is not on time, TA-DA comes after 3 to 4 month's

This company policies and work culture as wel as management not proper...There is no job security...appraisals not happening on time.... allowance and incentives not getting on time.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.. salary and career growth not proper and on time...

While working at parag Milk & Foods ltd. We got an opportunity to learn more in a free environment and support of the seniors and management which feels good and give a courage to take a self decision and prove it.

The only thing i dislike is the salary which we get.

Increments are late. Salary is on 11th of the month. Appraisal in April and the new salary structure is applicable from Oct Nov.
