...l have to Disturb your managers continuously and tell them to include in work. Less pay.

The only benefit is the work from home policy, and getting your salary on time. Other than that i really didn't find any positive that keeps you motivated to work here.

Too much Micro Management No Culture No policies. HR policies gets changed based on the owners mood No benefits not even diwali mithai One man show which leads to too much of blame game

The employees of the company is the only positive part. From Admin to every other dept, the employees are gem of a people who will stick with you thick and thin and will support you everytime if u need any help.

...does not let anyone smarter than her to work alongside her. Such is the reality. The Company does not provide salary slips on monthly basis, no appraisal letters after appraisal. For such letters and payslips we only have to take approval from HR, whereas other companies have such docs on their portal and they can download it anytime. Ask any employee working with Paradiso if they get salary slips on time or not or appraisal letters. They even revoke the increment if you decide to leave company even after 3-4 months of appraisal.

- Micro management - HRs are useless, you need to beg for your appraisal, it's never on time. - No self growth/ it's all DONKEY WORK - Confused CEO, He doesn't know what he wants from you, still wants you to fulfil his requirements. - Idiotic ADMIN department, they will call you out of no where to check your internet speed and Pc Configurations, but won't provide systems from office. - Good for FRESHERS, people with experience, stay away, don't waste your time.
