No work and life balance, timing issues, long working hours, salary is not as per market standard, no appraisals / increment, work environment is unprofessional. overall except the brand name nothing is good about in this company.

The Directors are reachable. Both the Directors they make sure that they know what each employee does in terms of Key area responsibility. They also does board meeting to solve small minimal issues which is good for company and the employee..

There are few new managers heading crm department they are more concern about the old manager working style.. instead of coming up together and working together ... These new managers have favourite and they push them up.. So when I joined on the day one the new manager told me that no one will except you and would not like you intervention.. this was really scary for me... specially on my first day... Job security was shattered and he told me that don't worry I am your reporting boss you can reach me .. The story was really different when I actually worked with the old staff they are really good. The one who is working at ground level and really are down to earth and actually geniune to organisation are unnoticed.. because of these newly hired managers in crm.

I hated this company. Very bad people in this company. Dirty politics. No increment, no promotion, no benefits. Uneducated people all ready seating in High position. No education, no athecates, no decipline, dumb people.

The Company is open to innovation.. The Directors are pretty young and have extensive experience in real estate, and are the best real estate developer in Navi Mumbai & one of the best in Mumbai. I love the fact that i was part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, very often, specially Dubai, Bahrin, Hongkong and Asia Pacific countries.

Dislikes

I enjoyed every bit of my tenure. But, the Work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 15-20 hours straight in a day, as I have to make strategies and execute the same at the tick of the clock. I do receive appreciations from the stakeholders and directors though for my good work.
