This company does not give a desktop based outlook to work on. Imagine working on an outdated webbased version and managing your emails and work on a daily basis. Struggles of meetings, emails and no standardization are real

ParadigmIT has Medidata as client so we can directly work with Medidata that's all I can say I like to work with Medidata but not ParadigmIT.

They don't have proper policies and even there is no sick liave. Management is terrible. Before joining they will agree on your condition but after joining the company they will show is the real Management face. Never believe what HR and Manager said. Always ask everything in written.

ParadigmIT is best learning curve for the People who are very much Enthusiastic in Work. Which will creates the numerous ways to enhance the technology. Management is very much friendly and will give value to each and every employee. Ideation Is one of the best policy by the Paradigmit.
