For the first time, Job Offer is not exciting me!
Hi, I’m a doctor currently working in the corporate sector (Pharma Product Management) for the past three years. At present, I am employed with one of the top five pharmaceutical companies in India. I recently received an offer from an MNC headquartered in Gurugram, which is very close to my hometown. Currently, my total compensation is ₹16.2 LPA (fixed + incentives), whereas the MNC is offering ₹20.9 LPA (₹19 LPA fixed + ₹1.9 LPA variable). However, they require working on Saturdays and are offering me a Techno-Commercial role, which I am unsure about. I would appreciate your advice on this situation. Also, how should I navigate discussions with the recruitment agency and the HR of the MNC to ensure I make the best decision?

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Dislikes

Favouritism is on top. You career will grow faster than everything if you are favourite of your HOD. HODs are not deeply involved in any technical decision. Always seeking for temporary solutions, no one even thinks what we can do to solve the perticular problem permanently.

They are taking 3rd party role SK outsourcing pvt ltd. On 3rd party they are no attend your problems. They don't have hr practice, no professional peoples. Don't know basics HR rules and regulations. also financial week company. No other facilities. There is no Hr policies for employees. No job security.
