...NT, PROVIDENT FUND, FORM 16 ARE NEVER SETTLED. NO EXPERIENCE OR RELIVING LETTER. NO SALARY SLIP SO THAT YOU CANNOT JOIN ANY OTHER ORGANISATION. THEY WILL SEND YOU LEGAL NOTICE IF YOU JOIN ANY WATER & WASTEWATER COMPANY. THEY WILL CALL YOUR EMPLOYERS AND GIVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. ON JOB LEAVE APPLICATION IS NOT ACCEPTED. WORK ON WEEKEND. NO OVERTIME OR COMPENSATARY OFF. BETTER STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SPOIL YOUR CAREER.

HR department seems to be heavily involved in internal politics

During Recruitment, HR made numerous commitment , then HR will do lot of politics, no job security, bad management , MD always depends on HR, worst company in this field

Somewhat okay , there is no job security and we fight with management to get end of service benifit even that also not paid properly.

They are not follow the company policies, thete is three months notice period
