Overall Company policies around people is amazing. I love how 4 day work-week has been defined and communicated meaningfully to the clients as well. Like the work opportunities and flexibilities around timings.

The best part is the work culture and teammates. One of the best aspects I appreciate is the asynchronous work approach, this provides flexibility in managing time. I also like the Work From Anywhere policy which reduced commute stress and the newly introduced 4 days a week which helps increase productivity and focus and enhance the work-life balance which contributes to reducing burnout and increasing overall well-being.

Paperclip is easily the best workplace I have ever experienced. The work is engaging and challenging without being stressful, and a lot of care is taken to ensure that we are all assigned projects and roles that align with our individual interests and professional goals. The team consists of some of the loveliest people I have ever met, and it is an absolute honour to get to work with designers who are not only professionally brilliant, but are also amazingly fun and kind individuals. While the salaries are not at an MNC level (which is understandable given the size and scale of the organisation), I feel well compensated for the work I do, and moreover I feel extremely valued and respected both as an individual and as a a professional. The company doesn't only claim to prioritise ethics, but has actively embodied those values in multiple ways, even when doing so is neither easy nor convenient. Our well-being is always prioritised and the company has actively invested in providing materials and opportunities to aid our career growth.

I can't think of a single thing at the moment. Like all jobs, there are good days and bad days, but there's nothing I really dislike about the workplace as a whole. Whenever I have had any issues, I have felt able to raise those openly and they have been addressed.

1. It is a great place to learn & grow - personally & professionally. 2. The whole team is really awesome & also the bond which we share amongst each other. Even though we are a completely remote team, there doesn't seem to be any disconnect in terms of the work, team engagement, roles & responsibilities. 3. The 1:1 sessions where we look back & retrospect on how far we have come. It is also a really great way to get mentored, get guidance in setting up a career path & also help your fellow team members in their journey. 4. There is no competition between any of the team members, everyone has their own strengths & the whole team helps each other out. 5. I had started out as a fresher & looking back just how much I have grown, it is immense. I never would have thought that I had this potential. 6. The complete transparency & ownership of the work you do. 7. The fun you have while working, also because we all genuinely love what we do here & of course solve problems :) 8. Different kinds of projects that we can work on & also the encouragement to take up new initiatives. 9. Most of the times we try to work asynchronously & everyone respects everyone's time; also along with the clients.. 10. The environment is also a big supporter of mental health & taking care of your personal well being.

Genuinely, none at all. This might seem to be surprising, but I am very much confident that every team member feels the same way. Even if there are any challenges, it would never be taken in a negative way. We'd always strive to make it better.
