Paperclip is easily the best workplace I have ever experienced. The work is engaging and challenging without being stressful, and a lot of care is taken to ensure that we are all assigned projects and roles that align with our individual interests and professional goals. The team consists of some of the loveliest people I have ever met, and it is an absolute honour to get to work with designers who are not only professionally brilliant, but are also amazingly fun and kind individuals. While the salaries are not at an MNC level (which is understandable given the size and scale of the organisation), I feel well compensated for the work I do, and moreover I feel extremely valued and respected both as an individual and as a a professional. The company doesn't only claim to prioritise ethics, but has actively embodied those values in multiple ways, even when doing so is neither easy nor convenient. Dislikes

I can't think of a single thing at the moment. Like all jobs, there are good days and bad days, but there's nothing I really dislike about the workplace as a whole. Whenever I have had any issues, I have felt able to raise those openly and they have been addressed.
