...mistake it's not professional you can use appropriate words with your employee. Salary is not on time. No employee benefits. No respect and no appreciation for your work.

Thik about the employee. No one should face any problem in working because of them. Gives freedom to the employee.

Don't think about employee's increment. When an employee resigns, they lure him with an increment to stop him.

It's been great journey with Paperboat ,Hard for me to manage first days as fresher getting fearless but senior helps alot..thats the best of Paperboat for new bees.... Thanks Paperboat for make me independent

Extremely highly cultured artistic environment, very free to talk about new creations and personal artistic views, great team with nice and understanding subordinates, all passionate people around there so any artists like me wanna work in this type of environment and the best part is giving freedom to the artists in their extends for creative work and its location is always beneficial to the people of Mira road and nearby, though I spent only one year in this organization & I never found such an artistic environment anywhere, where no limits for the extension of our creativity and learnings, But I am sorry that I am now not working with Paperboat Design as I left on 2014 so not able to do any comment on getting support during COVID-19 Lockdown.

salary/appraisal & should focus on more teamwork progress rather than individuals progress
