Initially I felt I had immense scope to learn in that organisation, but gradually I felt the management structure is really worse. There was no work-life balance.

Dislikes

It's cultural, dominations of seniors, no coordination between team members. And the employees feel claustrophobic working here after a certain time.

There is nothing to like about working in a fraud company.

Dislikes

The company has made me work for 49 days without paying me a single penny and has unlawfully terminated my employment. This is not the first time PaperKraft has done something like this. It is a very usual practice of the firm.

A fraud organisation, that kept me working for 1.5 month and then suddenly send a mail to stop work. They didn't clear the money, nither communicate regarding this.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
