There is nothing called work-life balance or job security. No hierarchy or organizational structure. There is no definite role in each department that you are ought to do. and most importantly the apprisals are hapazard

...eammates are supportive and the management not good. Company policies are worst. Appraisals are not fair and they didn't not give good salary hike. Totally it is a six months working company. I am working in nearly 18 months. In 18 months span of working Andhra and telangana nearly 120 sales officers and nearly 25 Asm's and 4RSM'S REPLACED

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. on the job training is not given to new joiness

... dedication and collaboration. The trainers were really cooperative and humble .The pay and perks given by the company are also good .I also liked the employee friendly environment of the company.

Dislikes

Working here was really fun and I never disliked anything about the company. But the meetings and the trainings used to be quite far from my house so that was b bit painful to travel that much . Except this I never felt like I was being pressurised for doing maximum sale and even if there was a pressure it wasn't the hard one but the seniors used to encourage us in a way that we could work with a great deal and make maximum sales.

Working in Hector beverage is itself a great achievements bcoz learning while you can actually feel in Hector beverage.Everyone is always ready to teach you always just you have to come up with your doubts.The company aims to improve work culture by training each and everyone with proper handling practices.Staff is good, senior staff is supportive, work is hectic being a 24x7 production ,overall it's awesome to be here.

Work load is there and accordingly salary is not satisfactory..
