Only my team was good dat was the only reason I sustain der..else der is nothing to learn der coz dey Don't provide any kind of training nor focus on any developments of any employees..

...for every work n action.. There is no motivation No enthusiasm No job interest The only reason people r working der is to get some money which dey earn as salary and dat is also very low.. Der is nothing called job satisfaction..

In a simple word pantaloons I have found like a school for retail if you want learn about retail atleast once a life work with pantaloons

Compensation is decent but growth is very slow the work pressure is very high.and we to work 14-18 hours straight in a day but there is no appreciation.

Pantaloon mein salary bahut kam hai aur 5 sal se 10 sal Tak kam karo tab bhi salary vahi milegi

Growth bahut kam milega aur salary bhi bahut kam hai 5 sal se kam kam karte rahoge tab bhi salary nahin badhegi

...ly great, also management is good with great culture. Teammates are supportive. Salary hike is not upto market change ....

Can think upon better annual salary hikes for employees;which will enable less attrition and focused them toward one direction of achieving companies goal.
