my Frist and big issue salary ...Second issue is talking Manager ..Managers have not any Expiriance how to tolk with staff so I don't like it

In a simple word pantaloons I have found like a school for retail if you want learn about retail atleast once a life work with pantaloons

Compensation is decent but growth is very slow the work pressure is very high.and we to work 14-18 hours straight in a day but there is no appreciation.

Long working hours, despite set shift timings, coupled with comparatively lower salary than other retailers, limited opportunities for economic growth, and scarce promotion prospects unless one has strong connections.
