Aditya birla group is very best for learning...and it gives too much importance to their employee....Really if i get opportunity to go back in pantaloons sure i will go there for job

Nothing is say to that pantloons is bad....i alwyas like pantaloons...but one thing i want to say aditya birla group give very low salary...thats why i left from pantaloons...i have many responsiblities which i cant fullfil with that salry....but i love pantaloons

Growth bahut kam milega aur salary bhi bahut kam hai 5 sal se kam kam karte rahoge tab bhi salary nahin badhegi

...ly great, also management is good with great culture. Teammates are supportive. Salary hike is not upto market change ....
