Company culture and working environment is good, I fill job satisfaction in this company, I got much financial growth in this company and technical growth also good in this firm. Also I became a technically sound and I learned how to handle site independently. Company is allowing all staff to take independently decision at site.

...thing without logical thinking, he can terminate any employee at the moment... salary for 15 years experience is 55000 with no bonus, no perks, no medical benefits,no of, even monthly salary deduction have no logic.... Govt. laws and rules are not applicable here.

As being a proprietary firm in increments and expenses are controlled by MD only so it's not in line with bottom staff

company is good & getting grow everyday. But no HR policy, worst system to pay voucher amount to employee, by accounts department.
