Some employees faced situation where they call the next employer and pressurized to give back his employee. 6. Unethical work environment. 7. Owner insults seniors and even says curse words openly. I suggest this should be the last option when no one is giving you job. Else never join this company.

Depends on which team you are, and how much you seek to learn. Mr Pankaj Dharkar and right team will groom you. Pressure of work is inevitable but it is good to have consistent learning and growing. Mr Dharkar has good projects in all field and he also do hard work still at the age he is. Summarising experience, if you want to learn and make most of your self get here with in the right team.

Employee don't get any respect here. Work pressure is at it's peak. They have good indian projects but seniors are not cometent enough to guide the junior engineers during design. Senior transfer their workload to junior. Office politics is so much.

No value of employees. Every time Dharkar is shouted & sledge employees. Even he is not release my gratuity amount after working of +6 years in his company & they are manipulate account in two company for saving income tax.
