Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Very good employer, all salary is on time, I am working from past 7 years in Panjon Limited & I am very satisfied with company culture & atmosphere. Some sales people who take salary from 3-4 companies and fake their mobile location write negative reviews on this portal. Do not listen to other reviewrs who write fake and demand salary by sitting at home & working in other companies.
