They give salaries on time!

CEO is always full of arrogance & doesn't know how to conduct himself in the public.Inspite of having a great team most of them left due to toxic autocratic work culture. HR runs a shit show which again creates a lot of confusion amongst the coworkers. Senior management (read ex R&D head) single handedly destroyed the work culture. It's so sad to see company with full of promises ruined it all because of 3-4 people. Still wish Pandorum all the very best!

I will always remember this place for a lot of weird meetings, late night and weekend work. Though I had an amazing group of people to work with but CEO majorly takes the unnecessary and harsh decisions which results into nothing..no good for company or for the employees

The management applies way too much pressure with hardly any consideration for personal life . Data discussion & lab meetings happen only after working hours in evening in most cases which literally leaves no time for family or allow us to get refreshed mentally. There is also a certain degree of bias that the management shows to some individuals who take advantage of it to which the management turn a blind eye.

Cutting edge tech and cool machines.

My friend was interviewed here for 1 hour and in the end they encouraged her positively to ask any questions and suggestions she had. This is a good culture especially in the western countries to keep the session healthy, active and interactive. But it was absurd because when she started asking them smart questions and cool suggestions, they got offended, uncomfortable and scared of her knowledge. All were males and they had no answer to her questions. All they kept saying that they can't comment about it and maintained silence and murmured among themselves . Finally, they rejected her; most obviously because these men felt threatened that she was way more qualified and smarter than them ; they felt that she would overtake their post in future and out smart them and shine once she had joined. So, they declined her the post and took a less qualified fresher boy than her. And she is also a GATE qualified candidate with 8 yrs of experience in Genetics. Sorry for your loss Pandorum.

They hire exceptionally talented people who are experts in their field. Also, you get to learn a lot of new techniques as you tend to handle multiple things which essentially helps in your overall growth.

Senior management is very rigid with respect to incorporating new ideas into the work. Also, you are expected to be available 24x7 which really messes with your personal time. There is no work life balance. Meetings often exceed beyond time limit and are rarely fruitful. The work pressure forces you to resign and there are little efforts to retain you. Also, there is in general biased behaviour from senior management towards employees which is very evident.
