Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

There is a my jib profile in there for multitasking like a technision team handling Accounting, crm handling, crm handling or much a headache with technision 😊...... but i realy appreciate a my duty on there because so much learning there .... no much more growth for there but steel manage to ok🙄..... i hearbly take 2 training Through pandit marketing like a Daikin air Conditioning, Nimrana Johnson control Hitachi air Conditioning ,Mumbai.... I feel Second Home frome there... Thank you. Pandit Team....
