Salary on mid of the next month or sometime even after that Teacher's salary scale is similar to some lower grade house help's salary Only 1 leave in a month, no SL no EL, even they deduct some money from your salary as per their charging rule Too much unprofessionalism even the vice principal is extremely unprofessional and has zero work ethics No skill development Some zero quality non academis staff has more preference than teachers They change rules of the contract while leaving the organisation and sometime you have to pay money to them for experience letter. Overload of work, they hire 1 teacher in place of two to reduce there expenses.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
