Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Mangers do not value ab individuals unique strength, which is why I have to tack back my suggestion s most of the time. No outings, no site visit.

1. Office timings 10 to 7 and its always crossed to 8 and we reached home at 9:30 so i don’t like this 2. CRM head name start with Ms. Kaur she’s very mean type of women she always shouting and always in angered 😤 her temper is too much high she wearing extra makeup she even know how to talk about customers or staff. And the one girl she’s oldest girl in the company her name start with Ms. Pal she’s too much wearing makeup and she’s is head to toe full of artificial person and they r very unprofessional people they don’t respect customers they always back bitching even not spared company directors

Here the seniors only pursue their relatives and sycophants, even if they do not do any work. This company considers itself a crook, but one should not take advantage of anyone's helplessness so much that they start thinking only bad for you 24 hours a day.

Nothing to like with the company as company not care his employees, Only few old employees of the company will enjoy cashing benefits.

Dislikes

Company will not take cares of new employees, Neither try to retain new employees. Even some new employees will left the job with in 06 months.
