Almost 4 months lag. 3) have to cry for leaves. 4) many calls even during holidays u cant deny. 5) No policies in favour of employees by HR. 6) so much correption by management they use employees money for own use 7) Nothing is documented, no value for words. 8) frequently changes rules and policies which is not even written anywhere.
